Privacy Policy

This policy explains what HyperSeed (the website at www.hyperseed.app, its API, its SDK and its MCP server) handles about you, why, and what you can ask for.

What we handle

  • Public wallet addresses. When you back an app, claim, or use /trade, your Solana or EVM address is sent to our server to build a transaction or read your balances. Addresses and transactions on Solana and Hyperliquid are public by design.
  • Listing details. If you send the listing form, we keep what you entered (app name, link, payout address, declared addresses, target, X handle) to review and run the listing.
  • Signed messages. A claim sends a message you signed and its signature, used once to verify the claim.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, path, time) for security and reliability.

We do not run accounts, analytics that identify you, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not sell or share personal data.

Browser storage

The /trade page keeps your browser-generated trading key and your jurisdiction confirmation in your browser's local storage, per address. They never leave your device; clearing your browser data removes them.

Legal basis and retention

We process this data to provide the service you request (performance of a contract) and to keep it secure (legitimate interest). Listing details are kept while the app is listed and for 12 months after; logs for up to 30 days.

Processors

Hosting and storage run on Vercel. Blockchain reads and writes go through public Solana RPC providers and the Hyperliquid API; deposits on /trade are quoted by Relay. Each handles data under its own terms.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of the personal data we hold off-chain, object to its processing, or ask for a copy. Write to the project on X. Records written to Solana or Hyperliquid cannot be changed or erased by anyone, us included. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
