Overview
What HyperSeed is and how the money moves.
HyperSeed is a launchpad on Solana for apps built on Hyperliquid: trading terminals, Telegram bots and perps agents. Backers fund a builder's raise in USDC from a Solana wallet. The USDC waits in an escrow on Solana and is released in tranches once the app is live and people trade through it. From then on, every trade through the app's builder code pays its backers.
The pieces
- One builder address per app. The protocol derives a Hyperliquid address for each listed app and holds its key. The app puts that address in the
bfield of its orders, so the fees it earns are public, per app. - One escrow per raise. A Solana address derived for each raise holds the backers' USDC until a tranche or a refund moves it.
- The keeper. A server key that pays every Solana fee, signs a Memo record for every step, reads Hyperliquid's public fills files and runs the weekly split.
- The volume gate. Tranches are released by routed fills from distinct traders, never by a vote or a date.
- The weekly split. Builder fees are claimed every Monday 00:00 UTC: 60% to the builder, 30% to backers, 10% buys $SEED on Jupiter and burns it.
A raise, end to end
- The app is listed: builder address set up with 1 USDC activation and a 100 USDC floor, raise parameters printed on its page.
- The keeper posts the open record. For 14 days backers send USDC to the escrow from Phantom, Solflare or Backpack.
- At close, under the minimum: every transfer goes back. At or above it: funded, and the app has 60 days to go live.
- Tranche 1 (20%) when 10 distinct traders have routed fills over 3 days. Tranches 2 to 5 with routed notional.
- Every week, the builder fees are claimed and split, and backers claim their USDC on Solana.
